Pastor James Strickland

I grew up with a wide Christian experience.  From Catholic to Baptist, and several inbetween, I’ve seen the good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to Christian churches.  There have been challenges but I’ve never lost faith in Christ.

I know my faith may seem crazy to some, but I am confident that there is a real and loving God who cares about our every day lives.  I believe that God was revealed in the person of Jesus Christ, and that the relationship he shared with people during his earthly life, can be shared with us today.  It’s that relationship that has held my faith when the people around me (even in churches) have let me down.

As a pastor I hope to help others who are searching for peace, and hope, and rest.  I hope to help others come to know Jesus Christ, and know him not as an historical figure, or a mythical being, but as an ever present friend and helper.
